Marni Wandner is an integrative health coach and executive coach working with professionals in the music, tech and creative industries. Drawing on her own experiences as an executive and entrepreneur, and combining a unique blend of coaching psychology, wellness, and the Chinese Five Elements, Marni coaches through a holistic lens, helping clients with everything from stress management, burnout, limiting beliefs, and time management to healthy eating, exercise, energy levels, and better sleep. Her highly personalized and client-led approach focuses on leveraging clients' strengths to help them achieve peak performance and build sustainable balanced lives doing the work they love. Marni works with clients one-on-one and also partners with organizations to present workshops, facilitate group coaching sessions, and design wellness and professional development programs. Her background is over 20 years in the music industry, from artist management to owning and operating her marketing agency Sneak Attack Media to her role as VP, Marketing & Business Development at The Syndicate. She’s worked with a wide variety of artists over the years including Lou Reed, Guns N' Roses, Motörhead, The Cult, David Crosby, Tori Amos, Third Eye Blind, LP, Ani DiFranco, Tracy Bonham, Further Seems Forever and The Fire Theft (members of Sunny Day Real Estate.)

Nicole Blonder is an integrative health coach, empowering clients to conquer stress, address burnout, and manage health issues including digestive and autoimmune conditions. Through a comprehensive approach addressing nutrition, sleep, mindset, movement and more, clients receive guidance, support and tools that create clarity around their health goals and make meaningful, lasting changes to thrive both personally and professionally. Nicole has over 20 years of experience in the music industry, most notably as long-term VP Marketing/Project Manager of Mute Records. She’s worked closely with artists including Moby, New Order, M83, Erasure, Goldfrapp, Jesse McCartney, Fever Ray, Jose Gonzalez, Liars and events including Desert Daze Festival, NIVA Conference, NY Music Month. Nicole is a strong advocate for making a career in the music industry more sustainable, improving quality of life and longevity for all involved.
